Check-in Requirements:

Government-issued photo identification is required. Room and tax payment is required upon check-in. We comply with California Civil Code Section 1865 (1)(d)

Cards Accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay

Check-in / Check-out Time:

Check in time 3pm-9pm, call the hotel 24 hours in advance to check in after 9pm.

Check out – 8am-11am. All reservation checkout date modifications must be made before the checkout time

Cancellation:

If canceled 72 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of first 1 night’s room and tax will be charged

No Show:

If guest does not arrive by Midnight 12am, 100% of first 1 night’s room and tax will be charged

Pets:

We are not a pet-friendly hotel. We do comply with ADA service animals.

Vehicle Registration:

Complimentary parking is available for our guests. Limited to one (1) vehicle per room reserved.
If needed, Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles (fees vary). . No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles are permitted

No Smoking:

Hotel public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply if policy violated. In case of smoking and/or noise complaints, hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check out without refund in addition to incidental charges.

Money and any other valuable items brought to Castillo Inn is at guest’s sole risk. Castillo Inn and staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage items therefore guests remain solely responsible for their belongings
